Meet The Team
Charlie Rumble, President, Rock N’ Rumble
Music background: Nearly 30 years of music experience both formal and informal. Charlie is fluent in music theory and plays 19 instruments.
Military background: Charlie spent 12 years in the Army infantry before transferring to Army Aviation where he has been for the past 4 years. He is currently active duty National Guard and has many stateside activations, humanitarian deployments and combat missions.
Sarah Utterback, Vice President of Rock N’ Rumble
Music background: Sarah is a pianist by trade and has worked in the music industry in many capacities. She has worked with many bands scheduling and coordinating locations and times.
Military background: Sarah is a lifelong member of the Army Aviation community with both peace keeping and combat deployments to her name.
Ailaina Keeley, Operations Director, Rock N’ Rumble
Music Background: Ailaina is the first official student to enter the Rock N’ Rumble program. She is a guitarist by trade and in her personal life is a very accomplished athlete. She ended her playing career at UMass and currently coaches at Lesley University and The Boston Bolts.
Military Background: Ailaina is an Air Force Security Forces specialist assigned to the 104th Fighter Wing at Barnes AFB. She has many accolades and specialized schools to her name and is currently assigned to the Counter Drug Task Force.
Rachel Rumble, Treasurer
Rachel is a nurse first and foremost but is very well established in the literary world she has contributed to nearly 100 books. Several of which are best sellers and others have become major motion pictures.
Michael Mooney, Director Of Grants and Major Gifts
Mike is a Navy Lieutenant with the SeaBees (Civil engineering) he is an accomplished guitarist and our highest ranking military staff member. Mike has been an integral part of the program from day one. He and his now wife were the first people to contribute to the cause.
Peter Gwinn, Marketing Director and Donor Outreach Officer
Peter has a long and distinguished career in marketing spearheading national marketing campaigns. He has spent many years supporting nonprofit organizations out of the goodness of his heart. Peter created Military Service Day at the General Patton Homestead. One of the largest military appreciation and exposition events in New England. His deep connections to the North Shore and large organizations nationwide is an invaluable asset to RN’R.
Paul Doroski, Community Outreach Director
Paul is a community driven leader who is always bettering himself and those around him. He is a progressing musician and well established member of his local sports community.
Paul has nearly 20 years active duty time which has been spent primarily with the MA Counterdrug Program. He has held many positions within the program and is a wealth of knowledge and expertise.
